Excellence in Building Since 2004

We find opportunities to develop land/ property and introduce these to prospective clients who would fund the purchase. We then obtain a loan for our client for development. Once the loan is agreed we deal with the Architects and structural Engineers to obtain working drawings and calculations. Once we have all the necessary information, we contact quantity surveyors who provide me with the costing. We then contact the building team and start the building project. All of our projects are inspected by two independent building inspectors. One is responsible for providing me with a completion certificate from the local council and the other for providing me with the 10 years Structural Building warranty.

In 2005 we purchased land and obtained planning permission to build a 2 bedroom house on 1A Marlborough drive, Ilford, Essex, IG5 0JN.London Borough of Redbridge Inspector & NHBC Warranty. (Completed in Six months spent £120,000 in build cost).

In 2007 we undertook a conversion project for a pub on Hackney Road, E2 7AP and converted the building to contain 9 residential flats, 1 commercial space and planning for a 4 bed town house in the rear.

In 2007, we successfully completed the conversion of 8 Brisbane Road. The building was taken from a 4 bed Victorian house to a 5 x 1 bedroom unit.

In 2008, we undertook a project to convert 70 Grosvenor Road, IG1 1LA from a 4 bed house to a 5 x 1 bedroom unit.

In 2008, we completed the successful conversion on 484 Green St from a commercial unit with residential uppers to a commercial unit with 2 x 2 bed flats.

In 2009, we completed a conversion of 5 Empress Avenue, IG1 3DE a 4 bed Victorian property to a 5 x 1 bedroom and 1 x 2 bedroom property.

In 2009 we completed another 1 bedroom house in Walthamstow 22 Hawthorne Road Walthamstow E17 (Completed in 5 months spent £85,000 in build cost)London Building Control Inspector & Premier Guarantee Warranty.

In 2011 undertook a fixed price contract at Marlowe Road E17 from a client to demolish existing garages and build three new self-contained flats. we charged £175,000 including £25,000 profit. In 2015 we started 2 x 3 bed Houses in Old Ford End Road Bedfordshire MK40 4TA which we completed and Sold in early 2016.
